Located right on the Hastings River, this project was 4.5 years in the making, with our clients first approaching us back in 2017 to start discussing their dream home. Over 20 or so months from 2020 to 2022, a huge effort was put in by our team of employees & subcontractors to complete this magnificent 538m2 architecturally designed home to a high standard; all whilst navigating Covid-19 restrictions/lockdowns & even a 1 in 100-year flood event that impacted Port Macquarie in March 2021, which saw the water level rise so high that many neighbouring properties were under water.

This home is an entertainer’s delight, comprising of 4-bedrooms plus a separate office, 3 & a half bathrooms, a designer kitchen & butler’s pantry, a billiard room, a man cave & a grand alfresco with built in kitchen & concrete swimming pool. Just some of the high-quality finishes throughout include American Oak timber flooring, natural marble tiles that flow through the bottom level of the home & continue out onto the alfresco, water softener & filtration system, state of the art audio & security systems, Oliveri fixtures & custom joinery, just to name a few.

This impressive home was also nominated for an award at the Master Builders Association Excellence in Building Awards Newcastle Region in September 2022. Although we didn't come away with the award, we were still so proud of what we presented.
