Set on a large corner block in "The Heritage" of Sovereign Hills Estate, construction consisted of 2 stand alone duplex units both comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & double car garages.


Our client was inspired by the Hamptons style for both exterior colour palettes & for the Murphy Street interior, whilst the Lancet Avenue interior drew inspiration from a more Industrial style. Certain upgrades were made to each dwelling to suit these differing styles.
