Gunsynd Torrens Title Units

This project saw the design & construction of a 4 bedroom house with attached 2 bedroom granny flat, a separate 3 bedroom house & a 2 Lot Torrens Title subdivision as a staged development.

Stage 1 - Construction of the 4 bedroom house & 2 bedroom granny flat at the back of the block + registration of the 2 Lot Torrens Title subdivision which we completed in June 2021.

Stage 2 - Construction of the 3 bedroom house at the front of the block which we completed in December 2022.

All of the units were constructed with modern inclusions & our investor client was able to rent out all 3 units quickly after each stage of completion.
